Booking is simple! Use our website to select your service and appointment time. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. Full payment is due on the day of your

For most services — yes. Braiding extensions, synthetic boho curls and French curl extensions are sourced and provided by us as part of your service price.
Please include your preferred hair colour and any inspiration photos in the booking details when you book. If no colour preference is provided at the time of booking, colour 1b will be used as standard.

You are entitled to one free reschedule if it is made within 4 weeks of your original appointment date. Any further reschedules or requests outside the 4-week window will incur a £10 fee.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice and no-shows will be charged 50% of the full service price, as this impacts our ability to offer that slot to other clients.

A complimentary wash and blow dry is included with every braiding service — so you’re welcome to arrive with unwashed hair. However if you arrive with hair already washed, please ensure it is fully dry and detangled Please also arrive free from heavy oils or products, bring any reference or inspiration photos, and let us know in advance about any scalp sensitivities or allergies so we can tailor your experience accordingly. before your appointment begins.

Bringing Your Own:
Clients are welcome to bring their own hair. If you do, please bring at least 3 packs of pre-stretched braiding hair in your chosen colour and length.
Other Extensions:
Any additional or speciality braiding extensions must be sourced by the client directly.
