2. Appointment Booking
a. Booking an appointment is as easy as simply snapping your fingers!- appointments can be made by sending us a message in our dms, by WhatsApp, by phone, or by simply booking through this website.
b. While we aim to ensure convenience and comfort tailored to your needs, it is crucial to provide accurate details when booking an appointment, including any special requests.
c. A 20% deposit is required at the initial stage of booking an appointment to secure your slot. This deposit ensures commitment and will be deducted from the total service fee.
d. Appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in aduance. Any appointments not booked at least 48 hours in aduance will be considered express and will incur an additional charge of £10. This ensures we haue enough time to properly schedule and prepare for each appointment.
e. Please remember, a touch of courtesy goes a long way! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us notice at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
f. If you decide to cancel or reschedule an appointment without providing the required notice, we will reserve the right to retain the 20% deposit made at the initial stage of booking as a cancellation fee. This deposit will be forfeited to compensate us for the time reserved and the opportunity cost incurred and a new deposit will be required for the new appointment date.

• £10 for 10-15km
• £15 for distances beyond 15km
